Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, please notify us via email at info@vegalighting.com and send your item back within 30 days of receiving the product to the address below for an exchange or refund.

Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If any customs charges are incurred by the return, these will be deducted from the refund and the refunded amount will reflect that deduction. 

Refunds are not issued until we have received your return.

How much is shipping?

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Total weight of package

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you at checkout.

In the event that your package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a refund once the carrier has confirmed that they have misplaced the package. We will not be issuing refunds due to UPS delays; they are experiencing delays due to the extreme volume and short-staffing brought on by the global pandemic. Orders may take significantly longer than expected to begin tracking and to arrive to your destination, and this is entirely out of our control. We cannot offer price adjustments based on postal delay in any case.

How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship within 1­-2 business days after you order. 

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (Canada) or international shipment.

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add info@vegalighting.com to your safe sender’s list.

I couldn't find the answer I'm looking for here, what do I do now?

Send us an email or give us a call! Our customer service team will be happy to help with any other question you may have! Send your name, order number (if applicable) and question to info@vegalighting.com. Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive an email response.
